For a productive day you have to be start your mornings with intention. These routines will help you feel good about your day. An amazing morning routine should be able to; reduce stress or anxiety, improve focus, encourage healthy habits and boosts energy
- Wake Up With a Purpose
You don’t need to wake up at 5 AM. Just choose a time that supports your goals.
A consistent schedule trains your body, keeps you calm, and builds discipline even on days you don’t feel like it.
- Do a 5-Minute Mind Reset
Meditation, a gratitude list, journaling, praying and reading the word. The key here is to do whatever grounds you. This step keeps you mentally sharp and helps you show up as your best self.
- Hydrate
A glass of water the moment you wake up sets your system in motion. Add lemon or chlorophyll if you like, but plain water works wonders.

I personally love oiling my body at night you should try it too. Do your night time skincare routine, Journal, Read a book or watch your favorite Netflix show or favorite youtuber.

The best time to plan out your day is the day before. Write down your top 3 priorities for the following day. This keeps your brain prepared for what is expected of you. Review your day and look at areas you need to improve.
- Digital detox
Intentionally putting your phone away before sleeping improves your sleep quality. The time you would use to scroll on tiktok use it on praying, reading your word or other spiritual practices. Switch off your phone because tiktok gets too funny when it is time to sleep and you don’t want to ruin your sleep schedule.
- Sleep early
Sleeping early enables you to get your full hours of sleep. You wake up with refreshed energy and ready to conquer your goals
