Hydrating/Luminous foundation- best for dry skin/ dehydrated skin
Matte foundation- best for oily and combination skin

Concealers! How should we pick them?
Pick a concealer that either matches your skin tone or something 1/2 shades lighter if you want to highlight your under-eye.
For powders, choose a loose setting powder for your concealer that is a bit lighter for that highlighting effect. For finishing powder, pick a powder that matches your skin tone to set your whole face. Just because you picked the right foundation shade, that doesn’t mean you can set it with a powder that doesn’t match your skin. That will break your makeup and have it looking a bit off.
Lack of Skin Prep
Another huge makeup mistake we make is applying makeup on dirty, dry skin. A basic skincare routine comes in handy before makeup application.

For Concealers there are specific brushes used for that or you can just blend it with a makeup sponge. Every makeup step has their own brush designed best to apply the product. Not Blending your Makeup Products
With makeup you have to blend sis. Blend everything from eyeshadow to your lipstick.
Use small tapered eyeshadow brushes to blend your eyeshadow colors or else your shades will separate and awkward.
For foundation make sure to blend and lower it slightly on your neck for that seamless look and avoid looking like you have a mask on.
