At Beccah World, we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Most products sold on Beccah World are digital downloads, including ebooks, guides, planners, templates, and other downloadable resources.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase has been completed.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You received the wrong digital product.
- You experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, and we are unable to resolve the problem after reasonable troubleshooting.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Future Physical Products
If Beccah World offers physical products in the future, they may be eligible for returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was shipped.
Refunds for eligible physical products will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Due to the instant delivery of digital products, orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
